  • The current owner(s) is looking to transition the business to new owner/operator within the next 6-12 months.

  • The business has > 3 years profitability.

  • The business has recurring or repeat revenue stream(s).

  • Business EBITDA or SDE is > $250K.

  • Business EBITDA margin > 15%.

  • Business is in industry with favorable growth trends.

  • Business has opportunity for growth with operational or process improvements (sales, marketing, technology, etc).

  • Current owner open to seller financing scenario.
